STUDIO POLICY

No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment.

Appointment's cancelled within 48 hours of your booking will result in loss of deposit / 50% fee. Cancellations within 5 hours of your appt / failure to attend, will attract a 100% appt fee and will require to be paid before any future bookings will be accepted. If you cancel your appt with sufficient notice, your deposit will be saved as a credit on your client card for later use - we can not issue refunds.

If you are more than 10 mins late, pls let us know ASAP- your service may be altered, or cancelled. If your appointment has to be changed/cancelled, you will still be liable for the full fee of the original appointment.

If you are sick/unable to attend please let us know ASAP. Clients who attend showing signs of illness will be rescheduled & the full appt fee must be paid.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time.
